Workshop details

 

Adjusting people in yoga positions is an integral part of being a yoga teacher. In this workshop I will share key adjustments that I have learned and used in my 9 years of teaching yoga. You will have lots of opportunity to practice the adjustments on different bodies as well as get feedback on how they feel from fellow practitioners. We will discuss the why, when and how to safely adjust so you feel confident in what you are doing and why you are doing it. The question and answer session will also offer you an opportunity to share and discuss your yoga teaching questions or questions about your own practice. We will cover different adjustments to those in my September workshop, and we will build on what was learned.You doo not need to have attended the September workshop to attend this one.
